Location: Management Tasks transfer User
Prerequisites: ▪SE Suite tasks. ▪User
Overview: From this menu, it is possible to define that the tasks of a certain user are transferred to another user for the users to assume its execution. See how to transfer:
Tasks1.In the General filter, in the Search filters panel, complete the following filters: User: Select the user whose tasks you wish to transfer. Component: Expand the list of options and check the "components - license type" where the tasks you wish to transfer were generated. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones. ID #: Enter the ID # of the task that will be transferred. This field should be used to locate a specific task. Status: Expand the list of options and check the status of the task execution deadline that you wish to transfer: on time or past due. This field should be used to locate tasks under a specific status. Deadline: Select the date range that covers the deadline of the task that will be transferred.
2.After that, click on the SEARCH button.
3.Tasks will be displayed in the list of records of main screen, according to the values entered in search fields. Mark the check next to each record or use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on your keyboard to select the tasks you wish to transfer.
4.In the To column of the list of records, define the user to which each selected task will be transferred.
5.After that, click on the toolbar button. At this point, the task transfer data screen will be opened for you to choose if the tasks will be definitively transferred to the users or if they will only be transferred until a certain period. By clicking on the "Select date" link of this last option, it will be possible to select the desired date.
6.Next, click on the OK button at the bottom part of the screen. Thus, the tasks will be transferred according to the previously selected option.
Document responsibility1.In the General filter, in the Search filters panel, complete the following filters: User: Select the user whose tasks you wish to transfer. Component: Expand the list of options and check the "Document - Manager" option.
2.After that, click on the SEARCH button.
3.The tasks and documents under the responsibility of the previously selected user will be displayed on the main screen list of records, according to the values entered in the filters. The documents can be identified in the Task column by the "Responsible for the document" name. Mark the check next to each record or use the CTRL or SHIFT keys on your keyboard to select the documents whose responsibility you wish to transfer.
4.In the To column of the list of records, define the user to which each selected document will be transferred.
5.After that, click on the button on the toolbar:
6.On the screen that will be opened, keep the Definite transfer option selected and click on OK. Thus, the document responsibility will be edited to the previously selected users. |
