Adding a Web service data source from a WSDL file

To add a web service data source from the import of a file, it is first necessary to have a file in .xml or .wsdl format with the information of the WSDL of the service being recorded. This file is obtained through the provider of the service that will be recorded.

 

Then, perform the following steps:

On the main screen toolbar, click on the arrow located next to the new button and select the Add Web service data source from WSDL file option.

Drag the configured .xml file to the screen that will be displayed or click on the board to locate and select the file to be imported. Wait for the file to load.

Once done, click on Next. At this point, the data source configuration wizard opens. Note that most fields will be displayed completed, but it is possible to edit them. The displayed information is not related to the imported file. Refer to the Configuring a Web Service data source section for a detailed description on the displayed fields.
