SE Suite offers the portals resource, which aims to transform a large amount of data into graphic panels. With SE Administration, the organization can create a specific portal to manage the use of SE Suite and the requests related to API Gateway.
While creating a portal, it is possible to add widgets that will allow you to submit information more simply or enable you to perform operations faster, without having to browse through multiple menus. See below the specific widgets of SE Administration:
This widget displays a chart with the response history of API Gateway requests. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, configuring filters, viewing analysis data, editing the analysis, configuring a link and deleting it will be displayed. Refer to the Portals section for a description of the analysis screen.
After saving the changes and closing the portal editing, a chart with the history will be displayed. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow viewing analysis data, searching, switching the chart vision to a table with the data and vice-versa, sorting information, exporting to an .xlsx or .pdf file, and updating information will be displayed.

This widget displays the organizational chart of a certain department in the organization, created in the system. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. Once done, it is possible to configure it through the displayed link or through the button on the upper right corner. On the screen that will be opened, the following fields are available:

Edit this field to customize the name of the widget. In that case, enter the desired name.

Department

Type the name of the selected department and select the corresponding option in the listing that will be displayed. If you prefer, use the "Advanced search" option described below.

Advanced search

Click on this option to locate and select the desired department through the department hierarchy. After selecting the desired department, click on "Apply".

Once done, click on Save.
Once done, the organizational chart of the selected department will be displayed. The bottom part of the widget displays the options that allow zooming in and out, restoring the default zoom, expanding or collapsing the organization chart, and exporting it to a .png image.
When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing its configurations and deleting it will be displayed.
