Overview:
Use this menu to create all the verification methods that will be used to evaluate and verify the proficiency level of the employees, giving more credibility to the results of the evaluation. For example: classification, choice, and forced distribution graphic scales, field research, critical incident methods, peer comparison, among others.

Click on this button to add a new verification method. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a verification method section.

Click on this button to edit the verification method selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the verification method selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
