Location: View Employee TDNA X employee matrix
Overview:
Through this search, it is possible to view and track, by means of a matrix, the training and development needs mapping of employees, based on the courses, competences, experiences and educational levels related to them. Only the information which the logged user is allowed to access will be displayed, according to the configurations performed in the general parameters of the SE Administration component. Through the field located in the upper right part of this menu, it is possible to alter the search view between:

Displays the employee status in the mapped competences for their department and position.

Per process
|
Displays the employee status in the mapped competences for the process executions and activities. This vision will not be available if only the "Experience" and "Educational level" options is checked in the TNDA X employee matrix Display filter.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the profile data screen of the employee selected from the list of records.
|

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to view the TDNA x employee matrix in full screen mode.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.
For further details about the "Search panel" and other view operations, refer to the "User guide Views" section.

Click on the Select department button and in the Group by field, click on the corresponding option by which you wish to find the record: all, active, or inactive. In the panel below this field, in the displayed hierarchy, select the object you wish to use as a filter. After that, click on Apply. For more information, refer to the Search filters Filtering records through the type hierarchy section.

Display: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the elements you wish to display in the matrix: competence, course, experience and/or educational level. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the elements configured to be displayed in the matrix. If in the "Display" field the Course option is not checked, the object requires training, expired training, pending request, planned training and training in progress status will be disabled. These last two will also be disabled if the "Competence" option is unchecked.
AND/OR: Select the desired operator to define how the options checked before must be considered in the search result.
Show complementary status: This option may only be edited if the options are checked in the "Status" field or if the vision is organizational. Keep this option checked so that in addition to the checked status, the system also displays other status related to the course in question. For example, the not evaluated status was checked, but the system will display the Planned training status next to the competence or course, if there is a training of the same course/competence already planned for the employee. If this option is unchecked, the complementary status will not be displayed.
Only mapped objects: Keep this option checked so that only the mapped competences are considered in the search result. Uncheck it for the other competencies associated with the employees to also be presented. This option cannot be edited if the vision is per process.
Display proficiency level: This option will only be displayed if the "Competence" option is checked in the "Display" field. Check it so that an icon with the percentage regarding the employee's proficiency level in the competence is displayed instead of the qualified and unqualified indicator.

Click on the Add employee button and select the department, position, or the employee you wish to view in the matrix. After that, click on Apply.

User ID: Enter the user ID of the employee whose training and development necessity you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Position: Select the employee position that you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it in with the logged-on user data and clear it.
Leader: Select the leader of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
User status: Expand the list and check the possible status of the employee that you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Department and position status: Expand the list and check the appropriate options to indicate if the employee that you wish to view in the matrix is fit or unfit to perform the position in the department to which it belongs.
Hire date: Select the range of dates that cover the hire date of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Comments: Enter the comments related to the employee you wish to view in the matrix.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the profile of the employee you wish to view in the matrix, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute to this filter, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

This filter is enabled only if the vision is "Per process". Use the fields to locate the employee through the mapped elements for the processes that it is involved. To do that, select the desired process or enter its name and/or ID #.

Requirement: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the element mapped to the employee you wish to view in the matrix: required, desirable or not applicable (this option will not be available if the view is per process).
Mapping type: This field will not be enabled if the vision is "Per process". Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the element mapping type that you wish to view in the matrix: organizational or individual.

This filter will only be enabled if the "Competences" are configured to be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Competence type: Select the type that classifies the competence that you wish to view in the matrix.
Competence: Select the competence that you wish to view in the matrix.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the competence you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the competence you wish to view in the matrix.
Learning method type: Select the type that classifies the learning method related to the competence that you wish to view in the matrix.
Learning method: Select the learning method related to the competence that you wish to view in the matrix.
Document: Select the document related to the competence that you wish to view in the matrix.
Mapping: Use the following fields to find the desired records by means of the criteria assigned to the competence you wish to view in the matrix:
▪Demanded level: Select the mapped proficiency level for the competence. ▪Weight: Enter a range of numbers that covers the weight assigned to the competence level in the mapping. Evaluation: Use the following fields to find the desired record by means of the criteria assigned to the competence you wish to view in the matrix, at the time of the evaluation:
▪Evaluated level: Select the proficiency level reached by the employee in the competence. ▪Evaluation date: Select a date range that covers the date on which the competence evaluation was performed.

This filter will only be enabled if it is configured that the "Courses" will be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Course type: Select the course type you wish to view in the matrix.
Course: Select the course you wish to view in the matrix.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the course you wish to view in the matrix.
Type: Expand the list and check the option that corresponds to the record you wish to view in the matrix: path or course.

This filter will only be enabled if the "Experience" is configured to be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Professional experience: Select the professional experience mapped to the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons next to this field to view the professional experience data and clear it.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the mapped professional experience for the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the mapped professional experience for the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Required time: Enter a time range that covers the professional experience time required for the position of the employee you wish to view in the matrix. For example, when you fill the >= field with the value 1 and select in the Month/Year field the year(s) option, the employees whose role requires more than one year of experience will be displayed.
Actual time: Enter a time range that covers the actual professional experience time of the employee you wish to view in the matrix.

This filter will only be enabled if it is configured that the "Educational level" will be displayed in the matrix. The system makes available the following fields:
Educational level: Select the mapped educational level for the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons next to this field to view the educational level data and clear it.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the mapped educational level for the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the mapped educational level for the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Educational level status: Expand the list and check the option corresponding to the educational level status for the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.

This filter will only be enabled if the "Expired training", "Planned training" or "Training in progress" status is checked. The system makes available the following fields:
ID #: Enter the ID # of the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix.
Name: Enter the name of the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix.
Training type: Expand the list and check the options for the type of training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix: collective and/or individual. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.
Training status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the statuses in which you may find the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix.
Self-training: Check this option if the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix is a training in which the participant enrolled through a widget
Planned: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the planned start and end period of the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the planned workload for the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the planned number of participants for the training.
Actual: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the actual start and end period of the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the actual workload of the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the actual number of participants of the training.
Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity period (if configured) of the training related to the element you wish to view in the matrix.

This filter will only be enabled if the "Planned on IDP", "Execution on IDP" or "New pending evaluation" status is checked. The system makes available the following fields:
ID #: Enter the ID # of the development plan saved for the employee who you wish to view in the matrix.
Title: Enter the title of the development plan saved for the employee who you wish to view in the matrix.
Planned date: Enter the date range that covers the planned period for performing the development plan saved for the employee who you wish to view in the matrix.
Actual date: Enter the date range that covers the period in which the development plan saved for the employee who you wish to view in the matrix was performed.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the development plan saved for the employee you wish to view in the matrix. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Category: Select the category that classifies the development plan saved for the employee who you wish to view in the matrix. When checking the Display lower level records option, the subcategories of the selected category will also be considered in the search.
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the deadline of the development plan saved for the employee you wish to view in the matrix.
Evaluation plan execution: The following fields are available:
▪Evaluation plan: Select the evaluation plan from which the development plan that is associated with the competency you wish to view in the matrix was created. ▪Cycle: Enter the range of numbers that covers the execution cycle of the evaluation plan from which the development plan was created that is associated with the competence that you wish to view in the matrix. ▪Only plan last execution: Check this option for the search only to consider the last execution cycle of the previously selected evaluation plan.

Only favorite employees: Check this option for the system to display only employees classified as favorites in the matrix. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.
Only favorite courses: Check this option for the system to display only courses classified as favorites in the matrix. This filter will only be enabled if, in the TDNA matrix Display filter, the Course option is checked.
Only favorite competences: Check this option for the system to display only competences classified as favorites in the matrix. This filter will only be enabled if, in the TDNA matrix Display filter, the Competence option is checked.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
