Goal plan start

Who receives it:

Users set as members of the team responsible for the goal plan.

When:

▪A goal plan is created.

▪The execution of the cycle of a goal plan is finished, provided its frequency is of the "Execution date" type and the anticipation date is before or equal to the current date.

Purpose:

Plan or execute a new goal plan cycle.

In the list of pending records, select the desired goal plan.

To add a cycle for the desired goal plan, click on the arrow next to the button and select the desired option:

▪Goal planning: The cycle will be added in the planning step. On the screen that will be opened, enter the planned start and end dates and define a team responsible for planning. Perform also the other required configurations.

▪Goal plan execution: The cycle will be added in the execution step. On the screen that will be opened, enter the execution start date and define a team responsible for this step. Perform also the other required configurations.

After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record. The goal plan will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
