Starting the execution of an evaluation plan cycle

The cycles of the evaluation plan that were planned must have their execution started. To do that, perform the following steps:

First, locate and select the desired evaluation plan from the list of records in the second quadrant.

1_auxnmbIn the list of records on the third quadrant, select the cycle whose execution you wish to start. The cycles with the "Start" status may be identified by the power icon in the S column.

1_auxnmbAfter that, click on the edit button on the side toolbar.

At this point, the cycle data screen will be displayed. In the General data arrowrgray Actual section, enter the date of the start of the execution of the cycle. If desired, it is also possible to edit the responsible team for execution. The other fields on the screen will be displayed with the information filled out when planning the cycle:

After that, save the record. At this point, the cycle status will change to "Execution".

If the evaluations are not generated when planning the cycle, the system will question whether you wish to generate them. Click on Confirm to generate the evaluations. See further details about this operation in the Generating evaluations section.

If the evaluations were generated, the execution of the plan will be sent to the next configured step:

oPreparation: If in the General settings section, the "Require preparation of competence evaluation" option is enabled, the responsible users will be notified via email and the system will send the evaluation plan to the Execution arrowrgray Evaluation preparation menu so that the responsible ones perform this operation.

oEvaluation execution: If the evaluation plan does not have the evaluation preparation set up, the evaluations will be triggered to the appropriate appraisers, so that they execute them by means of the Execution arrowrgray Evaluation execution menu.
