This option will only be displayed if the "Allow development plan drafting" option is enabled in the Configurations Development plan section of the plan execution cycle.
By clicking on this option, on the side toolbar of this section, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button and select the option that refers to the development suggestion you wish to perform: Competence or Others. See further details about this operation in the Adding a development suggestion topic below.

Click on this button to edit the development suggestion selected in the listing.
|
|
Click on this button to delete the development suggestion selected in the listing.

Adding a development suggestion (Competence)
To add a development suggestion related to a competence, click on the button on the side toolbar and select the Competence option.
In the Competence field of the screen that will be opened, select the competence that should be developed by the employee being evaluated. Notice that, the system will only make available for selection, the competences being evaluated in the employee.

Fill out this field to define a date up until which the employee must execute the development suggestion. In that case, select the desired date.

Adding a course

Click on the button in this field and select the courses (SE Training) that will help the employee develop the competence. As the courses are selected, they will be displayed in the area right below the field.
To disassociate a course, hover over it and click on the Close option. To disassociate all the courses, click on the button next to the field.

1 - In order for this feature to function correctly, it is necessary for the SE Training component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
After filling in the necessary fields, save the record. Repeat this procedure to add as many development suggestions as necessary.

Adding a development suggestion (Others)
To add a development suggestion that is not related to a competence, click on the button on the side toolbar and select the Others option.
In the Title field of the screen that will be opened, enter a name for the development suggestion.
