SE Suite offers the portals resource, which aims to transform a large amount of data into graphic panels. With SE Competence, the organization can create a specific portal to manage the requirements for its employees to perform their positions.
When creating a portal, it is possible to add widgets that will allow you to submit information more simply or enable you to perform operations faster, without the need to browse through multiple menus. See below the specific widgets of SE Competence:
This widget displays the list with the position requirements status of the logged user. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it and deleting it will be displayed.
After closing portal editing, for each position requirement type, the system will display the number of requirements for which the employee is considered qualified, unqualified and has not been evaluated. The system will also display the total number of requirements.
By clicking on a status whose amount is bigger than 0 (zero), the system will display the list of requirements where it is possible to view its details.
