Overview:

Through this menu the user creates all the possible types that will classify the forms used in the system. For better organization, the types are displayed hierarchically.

Specific buttons:

	Adds a form type. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a form type section.
	Edits the form type selected in the list of records.
	Deletes the form type selected in the list of records.
	Configures a new report or associates an existing report.
