Overview:

Through this menu it is possible to create all the objects that may be associated with the activities of the process used to manage the incident. It is also possible to revise objects whenever necessary.

 

Specific buttons:

Add

Click on the arrow placed next to this button and select the desired option:

Add: Allows to create a new object. See further details on this operation in the Creating a new object section.

Associate existent record: Allows to associate an object saved in another SE Suite component to use it in SE Incident.

Change/Edit

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to edit the object data. Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the revision data.

Delete

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to delete an object. In the third quadrant, when you select the current or ongoing revision, this button will be enabled, allowing you to delete the current or ongoing revision of an object.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to create a new revision in the object that is selected in the second quadrant. This button is only available if the object status is Released. See further details on how to perform this operation in the Creating an object revision section.

Click on this button to close the revision of the object selected from the list of records. Confirm the system question to effectively close the revision. This button will only be enabled if the object status is Issue or Revision.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the revision of an object selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to configure and issue the possible options of available reports for the menu.

Click on this button to edit the status (enabled or disabled) of the record selected on main screen.

 

Use the Search filters to easily retrieve records based on specific information (ID #, name, status and/or associated attribute).
