Activity scheduling

Through this menu, it is possible to control the activities that are scheduled for a given period. This scheduling allows the manager to have greater visibility of the work plan for a determined period, enabling the due adjustments to be made to balance the use of resources.

Example: A certain piece of equipment has a preventive maintenance frequency configured to occur every month. Then, the system allows configuring a scheduling to create the activities referring to the preventive maintenances of a given period automatically. Using the example, for a scheduling period of one year, the system will create automatic activities to occur every 30 days. Thus, instead of generating preventive maintenance tasks every month, the system will automatically generate the records for the entire period configured in the scheduling.

The main screen is divided into three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the plans and their maintenance activities more easily. The second quadrant displays the maintenance plans created in the system, while the third quadrant displays the scheduled activities of the plan selected in the second quadrant.

	▪Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the maintenance plan selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the scheduled activity selected in the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button in the second quadrant to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, set up a new report, or associate an existing report, or to search the parameters that can be used in setting up new reports.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the maintenances displayed in the list of records in a Gantt chart.
