Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to create programmed maintenances. Use this maintenance to define the activity that will be executed by the technician during the maintenance.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to create a new programmed maintenance. See more details on this operation in the Creating a programmed maintenance activity section.

edit

Click on this button to edit a programmed maintenance. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. See further details on this operation in the Editing maintenance activity data section.

delete

Click on this button to delete the programmed maintenance selected in the list of records.

view

Click on this button to view the data of the programmed maintenance selected in the list of records in "Read-only" mode.

gantt

Click on this button to view the listing of programmed maintenances through a Gantt chart.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired activity blank form and activity form reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to enable/disable the programmed maintenance selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of a maintenance activity section.

copy

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new programmed maintenance from the copy of a previously created maintenance. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. After confirming the request made by the system, the created maintenance will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".

back

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the record to the previous step.

3_quadrants

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. The third quadrant will display the details of the programmed maintenance selected in the second quadrant.

2_quadrants

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. See the View arrowrgrayy Maintenance menu for a detailed description of the filters.
