Overview:
Through this menu, all possible types that will classify system activities are created. For better organization, types are displayed in a hierarchical structure.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new activity type. For further information on this operation, see the Configuring an activity type section.

Click on this button to edit the activity type selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the activity type selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button, to configure a new report, to associate an existing report or to see the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. When you inactivate a type, it will no longer be displayed in the activity type hierarchy. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.
