Configuring a palette

See how to configure that palette:

On main screen toolbar, click on the More arrowrgray Configuration button. At this point, the system opens the configuration Wizard screen:

In the "Add items to the palette" step, the items that will be displayed in the item panel must be configured. By default, the palette will be configured according to BPMN specifications. To delete an item from the palette, select the desired item (on the right-side panel) and click on the send_left arrow. To add an item to the palette, select the desired item (on the left-side panel) and click on the send_right arrow.

After configuring the items that will be displayed on the palette, click on the Next button:

In the "Configure palette items" step, the drawing to be used for each item of the palette should be configured. In order to do it, select the desired item on the right-side panel, that will display the following options:

Title: If you wish to change the item name, enter the new name of the selected item in this field.

Customize symbols: Select this field to edit the symbol of the selected item. After that, select one of the following options:

Symbol: To use a system symbol/drawing of the system, select this option and click on the zoom button of this field. On the screen that will be displayed, select the desired symbol for the item in question.

Image: To use a template image, select this option and click on the zoom button on this field. A selection screen will be displayed. The image template must have PNG, JPG or GIF format.

 

Repeat the procedure for all items that should have their names or symbols edited.

 

5.

After configuring the item symbols, click on the End button. At this point, the palette configuration will end.
