Starting the survey execution

The responsible user or team may start the survey execution through the following locations:

▪Management Survey planning:

By selecting a survey under the "To be started" status (with the icon on the SS status) and clicking on the button.

▪My tasks Survey execution

By selecting a survey and clicking on the button.

1.At this point, the survey data screen will be displayed. In the General data Actual section, enter the date and time of the start of the execution of the survey. The other fields on the screen are displayed with the information filled out when planning the survey and are available in read-only mode:

2.Once done, use one of the following buttons:

Save: The system saves the changes performed, but the data screen remains open. On the data screen toolbar, the "Enable answers" option will be displayed.

Save and exit: At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to enable the answers for the survey. Click on the desired option:

▪Save only: The system saves the changes performed and the survey status becomes "Execution", but it will not be enabled for respondents to answer it. On the data screen toolbar, the "Enable answers" option will be displayed.

▪Confirm: The survey status will become "Execution" and it will be available for the respondents or for the responsible team for completing through the "Execution Survey response" menu.
