Tracking

Tracking is a task for which the user is responsible, but it is executed by another user. In SE Survey, the following tracking is generated:

Who receives it:

User or team responsible for the survey.

When:

The survey planning is finished.

Purpose:

To allow the responsible parties to track and make adjustments, finish the survey, etc. This task will display surveys that:

▪Are in the "Critical analysis", "Critical analysis approval", "Closure" or "Closure approval" steps;

▪Are in the "Execution" step and have configured closure options;

▪Come from trainings, competence evaluations, workflows, incidents and problems.
