Overview:
The mapping by course processes allows establishing the required and desirable courses and paths to execute certain processes. The first quadrant of this menu displays the search filters, which allow you to locate the desired processes, activities and courses more easily. The second quadrant displays the processes created in the SE Process component, grouping the activities that compose its flow, while the third quadrant displays the courses mapped to the process/activity selected in the second quadrant.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to analyze the employees who are the process/activity executors selected in the list of records of the second quadrant. On the screen that will be displayed, it will be possible to analyze, in detail, the employee requirements in relation to the mapped requirements, view the position competences radar chart, and export the analysis to an Excel spreadsheet.

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the data from the process or activity selected in the list of records of the second quadrant. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Process component for a detailed description of the data screen of a process or activity.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired course mapping - process report. This button also allows configuring a new report or associating an existing report and also viewing the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to associate a course or path mapped for the process or process activity selected in the second quadrant. For further information on this operation, see the Mapping courses and paths for process/activity section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to change the requirement of the course/path selected from the list of records to required or desirable.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to disassociate the selected course/path from the process/activity selected in the second quadrant.

▪Course and path mapping by process can also be performed through the Mapping Per process section, on the data screen of the course / path you wish to map. ▪In order for this feature to function properly, it is necessary for the SE Process component to be part of the solutions acquired by its organizations. ▪Refer to the View Course mapping Per process menu for a detailed description of the search filters available in this menu. |
