Task:

Execution confirmation

Who receives it:

Users set as members of the execution control team of a training. Notice that the task will only be generated if in the configurations of the training, it is parametrized that there will be a confirmation of its achievements and this confirmation must be made by the responsible party.

When:

▪The execution step of a training with no other configured steps is closed.

▪The evaluation step of a training with no other configured steps is closed.

▪The effectiveness verification of a training is finished.

Purpose:

To allow the responsible parties to confirm that the training was performed.

Select the desired training from the list of pending records.

After that, click on the toolbar button.

At this point, the system will ask if the user wishes to confirm the execution of the training. Click on the desired option:

▪Cancel: The training will remain pending for this task.

▪OK: The training execution will be confirmed and it will no longer be displayed in the list of records of this task.
