3.

In the Controls field, expand the list and check the actions that may be performed in the workflow. Then, define if they will be allowed or denied for the access type:

View: View the data screen of the instance and its activities on the screens in which this operation is possible.

Note: It is important to note that, when editing the security of an activity through its data screen, only this option will be available.

Edit: The user will be able to edit the instance data.

Delete: The user will be able to delete the instance.

Cancel: The user will be able to cancel the instance execution.

Postpone: The user will be able to postpone the instance execution.

Reactivate process instance: The user will be able to activate the execution of an instance that has been postponed or cancelled.

Use the other buttons next to the field to select all available controls or clear the checked options.

4.

After entering the fields above, click on the toolbar button on the selection screen. The result will be displayed in the list of records, located at the bottom of the screen. Select the ones that will make up the workflow security list.

Hold the SHIFT or CTRL keys down or check next to each item to select more than a record at a time.

5.

Save your selection.

Use the other toolbar buttons to edit the data for an access, delete a selected access or import the accesses configured in the process type so that they are applied to the workflow security list.
