Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible equipment, products, and/or services of the organization, in which the nonconformities are found. Nonconforming items are those that are not in accordance with the specifications or with the inspection standards of the organization.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to search for the items that have already been created in the system. To locate an item of a specific type, select the desired type and click on the button after that. The automatic search can be configured in the General parameters.

Click on this button to clear the values entered in the search filters located on the left side of the main screen.

Click on this button to display/hide the search filters located on the left side on the main screen.

Click on this button to edit the item selected in the list of records. See further details in the Creating an item section.

Click on this button to delete the item selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record on the system that is selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, check the "View disabled" option in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to issue a report with all the records displayed in the list of records on the main screen.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information (keyword).
