Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to add and manage attributes. Attributes - also known as metadata - are properties that describe the records. Attributes allow managing, understanding, and viewing the records they are associated with.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new attribute. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an attribute section.

Click on this button to edit an attribute. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete an attribute. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on this button to translate the name of the attribute selected in the list of records. If the attribute is of the "List of values" type, it will also be possible to translate its values. See further details about this operation in the Translating an attribute section.

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, type, and/or status).
