Deleting APQP/PPAPs

To delete an APQP/PPAP, first locate it in the list of records.

Use the Search filters, located on the left side of the main screen, to find the APQP/PPAPs saved in the system more easily. It is worth remembering that in this menu only the APQP/PPAPs will be presented in which the logged user is the user responsible for APQP/PPAP or is a member of the responsible team.

Click on the button on the toolbar to delete the APQP/PPAP selected on the main screen. Confirm the question that appears: At this point, the system will question whether you wish to perform this deletion. Confirm the question.

Once deleted, all the APQP/PPAP data will be lost.

The system will request the countersign when performing this operation if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).
