Overview:

Use this menu to create the procedures, that is, documents, actions, or instructions to be followed in the verification and/or calibration activities of the assets.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to create a new procedure. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a procedure section.

Click on this button to edit the procedure selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the procedure selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the electronic file associated with the procedure selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

 

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
