Location: View Verification plan

 

Overview:

Use this menu to track the verification plan of the assets saved in the system. The verification plan defines the activity to be executed by the technician during the asset verification.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the verification plan selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired plan listing report. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the details of the verification plan selected in the second quadrant will be displayed.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To do that, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Asset

Asset: Select the asset related to the verification plan you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset related to the verification plan you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset related to the verification plan you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset related to the verification plan that you wish to search.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset related to the verification plan you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset related to the verification plan you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Location: Use the fields in this section to locate assets that belong to a certain location, associated with verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a certain location or that are with a certain user.

 
Asset attributes

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset related to the verification plan you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

 
Plan

ID #: Enter the ID # of the verification plan you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the verification plan you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the team responsible for the verification plan you wish to search.

Deadline: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible deadline status of the verification plan you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all options on the list and clear the checked options.

Priority: Use the fields to locate the verification plan you wish to search through the result and the index of its priority.

Date-based frequency: Use the fields in this section to locate the verification plan through the configuration of its date-based frequency. In this case, select the frequency type that was used and/or enter the number of the "unit" with which the plan is executed.

Meter-based frequency: Use the fields in this section to locate the verification plan through the configuration of its meter-based frequency. In this case, enter the value range that covers the value configured in the plan you wish to search.

Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status (active or inactive) of the verification plan you wish to search.

Due date: Select the date range that covers the due date of the verification plan. The due date is obtained from the frequency defined in the verification plan data.

Last execution: Select the date range that covers the date of the last execution of the verification plan you wish to search.

Service center: Select the service center related to the verification plan you wish to search.

Responsible technician: Select the responsible technician related to the verification plan you wish to search.

 
Standard activity

ID #: Enter the ID # of the standard activity associated with the verification plan.

Name: Enter the name of the standard activity associated with the verification plan.

Activity classification: Select the classification defined for the standard activity associated with the verification plan.

 
Approval route

Programming approver: Select the programming approver associated with the plan to be viewed.

Execution approver: Select the execution approver associated with the plan to be viewed.

Programming approval route: Select the programming approval route associated with the plan to be viewed.

Execution approval route: Select the execution approval route associated with the plan to be viewed.

 

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
