Adding a standard activity

See, in this section, how to create a new standard activity in the system:

On the main screen toolbar, click on the button.

On the screen that will be opened, select the type that will classify the standard activity and save the selection.

At this point, the standard activity data screen will be displayed.

Fill out the mandatory fields in the Activity data section such as the data for identification, for the teams responsible for planning and for the execution of the activities based on this template.

Controls

Calibration activity1: Check this field to configure that the activities based on this template will be calibration activities.

1 - If the standard activity being added will be used in calibration plans, check this option before saving the record for the first time.

After that, save the record. See the "Editing standard activity data" section for further details on how to fill out other information about the standard activity.
