Kanban

Previous  Top

The Kanban portal is intended to provide an overview of the activities that are to be carried out. The Kanban vision can be configured by components, view period and teams, which offers a flexibility on what activities will be displayed. If the user wants to have a vision between components, Kanban still makes it possible to have, within the same vision, the activities of Verification, Maintenance, and Calibration, along with the activities of Workflow, Incident, and Problem, in addition to actions of the Action plan. See below how to configure Kanban in a Portal.

Create a new Portal or edit an existing one by adding a new tab to the Kanban widget. Open the portal in edit mode, and on the tab where the Kanban should appear, click on the Add element button. In the panel that will be displayed, filter the widgets by clicking on the SE Suite option and enter Kanban in the search field. Drag the Kanban widget to the portal area.

For a better experience, we recommend that the portal tab is configured with the "Unique" layout.

Once the Kanban widget is included in the Portal, it will be displayed, but you will need to configure it. Click the button located in the upper right corner of the widget to change the Kanban properties:
