Planning an audit project (Project)

It is important to point out that it is necessary to have an active license of the SE Project component for this feature to be available. In this case, it will be necessary to have the following records pre-configured:

 

1.In SE Audit

The option selected in the form of execution in the "Step" tab of the audit category configuration must be "Project".

 

 

2.In SE Project

A Project whose project type is configured with automation with SE Audit enabled (SE Project Classification Configuration Project type Optional tab Integrations tab) as shown in the image below:

 

 

3.After configuring these items, go to SE Project, in the Management Planning (PR011) Create blank project menu, select the duly configured project type and save the record.

 

4.On the project planning data screen, fill out the following sections:

 

 

General data

General data: Identification information (ID #, project name, priority, etc.).

Audit: This section will only be displayed if the automation with SE Audit was configured in the previously selected type. The following fields are available:

Audit category: Select the category that will classify the audits created from this project. Note that only the categories whose form of execution is configured as "Project" in the "Step" of its data screen will be available for selection.

Audit type: This field is filled by the system with the audit type configured in the previously selected category.

Audit purpose: Select the purpose for performing the audit.

 

Configurations Project

Select the "view profile" that will be applied to the SE GanttChart visions of the project:

 

 

5.After that, save the record.
