Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open:
ID #: Enter a number/code that identifies the analysis type.
Name: Enter a name for the analysis type.

On General tab, select the analysis type that in main screen hierarchy is one level above the record. However, if this field is not filled in, the type being created will be positioned on the first level of the hierarchy.
4.
Use the Description tab for further description about the analysis type in question.
5.
After filling in all the necessary fields, save the record.
