This widget allows configuring a list with protocol types that may be opened by the users. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. Once done, it is possible to configure it through the displayed link. On the screen that will be displayed, the following fields are available:

Edit this field to customize the name of the widget. In that case, enter the desired name.

Select the option that corresponds to the format in which the protocols will be displayed in the widget:
▪Grid: The protocol types will be displayed in the widget as cards. ▪List: The protocol types will be displayed in a listing. |
View by

Select the option that corresponds to the protocol types that will be available for starting:
▪Open authorized protocols: The protocol types to which the logged user has the "Add" control enabled in the security list will be displayed; ▪Open most started protocols: Displays the most started protocol types by the user and department, in which the logged-on user has the "Add" control allowed in their security. ▪Open selected protocols: In the Protocols field that will be displayed, check the protocol types that should be available for the logged user. As protocol types are selected, they will be displayed right below the field. To remove a protocol type from the listing, click on the "X" displayed next to it. In order for the logged user to be able to open protocols, the "Add" control must be allowed in the security. |
Once done, click on Save. After closing the portal editing, the protocol types will be displayed according to the defined configurations.
Use the "Search" field on the upper part of the widget to find the protocol type you wish to open more easily.
If the protocol types are displayed as a grid, when hovering the mouse over their icons, they become "Play" buttons. Click on it to open a protocol of this type.
If the protocol types are displayed as a list, click on the desired type to start a protocol.
