Location: Configuration Maintenance Electronic files verification
Prerequisites:
▪Document with electronic file associated to it ▪Option Verify file integrity checked in the Services tab of the general parameters
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to prove the result of the verification and the status of the checked documents. In case of an error, the configurations must be made in the document category or in the error source.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the electronic file selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow placed next to this button and select the desired option:
▪View document data: Allows viewing the data of the document selected in the list of records. ▪View revision data: Allows viewing the revision data of the document selected in the list of records, if any. |

Click on this button to use the OLAP Analysis feature with the electronic files selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to view the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button for the system to correct the location of the electronic files selected in the list of records. This button will only be available if the file status is "Wrong location". See more information in the Verification result section.

Click on this button to identify the result of the verification (VR column), the document status (DS column) and the PDF verification result (PDF column) of the electronic files displayed in the records list. See more information about the VR column in the Verification result section.

The verification of the electronic files is configured in the general parameters and their execution will be performed according to the frequency set.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. See in the View Document menu, a detailed description of the filters.
