Overview:
A keyword consists of a term that covers the general meaning of a text in which it is inserted or that serves to identify elements of the same family. Through this menu, it is possible to create all the keywords that will be associated with the documents, according to the content they address, to help at the time of its consultation

Click on this button to add a new keyword. See more details about this operation in the Creating a keyword section.

Click on this button to edit the keyword selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the keyword selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. In order to view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

▪In this menu, the keywords registered through a request (SE Request) will also be displayed. In order for this resource to function properly, it is necessary to have the SE Request component as part of the solutions acquired by your organization. Unlike other operation requests regarding documents, the execution of a keyword registration request is automated. To register a keyword through a request, it is necessary to have a request type with the "Document" object type and the "Keyword" operation properly configured. Next, a request in said type must be issued. The name entered for the request will be the keyword ID # and name. View the specific documentation of the SE Request component for a detailed description on issuing a request and the other steps it can go through. ▪Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. |
