Overview:
By means of this menu, all the possible actions that can be taken to prevent the type or cause of the failure, hinder the occurrence failure, limit the effect of the failure and increase the probability of detection of the type or cause of the failure are recorded.

Click on this button to edit the action selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the action selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the action selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.
