Overview:
Use this menu to create the defects. A defect is the undesired result of a process, i.e., it consists of a not achieved quality characteristic. Defects are associated with attribute type characteristics.
Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to add a new defect. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a defect section.

Click on this button to edit the defect selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the defect selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to display the data screen of the defect selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
