Overview:

 

Through this menu, it is possible to track pending tasks of any SE FMEA user. This menu allows leaders, for instance, to verify whether their subordinates are executing their tasks within the established deadlines.

In the Task type filter, located by default in the Search filters panel, click on the Select task type button. Use the following filters to determine the desired task type:

To-do tasks

Expand the list of options and check the tasks you wish to view. All tasks generated in SE FMEA, both for execution and tracking, will be displayed in the listing. Use the other buttons next to this field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

User1

Type the name of the user whose tasks you wish to view and select them or click on the button and, on the screen that will open, locate and select the desired user. When filling out this field, the "Position" and "Department" fields will be disabled.

Position1

Type the name of the position whose tasks you wish to view and select it or click on the button and, on the screen that will open, locate and select the desired position. When filling out this field, the "User" field will be disabled.

Department1

Type the name of the department whose tasks you wish to view and select it or click on the button and, on the screen that will open, locate and select the desired department. After filling out this field, the "User" field will be disabled. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well. If this option is not checked, the departments that are below the selected department in the hierarchy will not be considered.

Display lower level records

Select this field to have the records found in the hierarchical levels below the selected type in the search.

1 - Use the other buttons next to this field to fill it out with your position or clear it.

Once done, click on the SEARCH button located below the search filters. According to the values entered in the filter, the tasks are displayed in the Tasks listing at the bottom of the panel. In case the displayed tasks are not the desired ones, just change the information entered and repeat the procedure described above until the desired result is displayed.

By default, all the tasks will be checked. Keep the desired tasks checked and then click on the Apply button. At this point, the tasks that are selected will be displayed in the Search filters panel, inside the Task type filter.

When clicking in a task of the Search filters panel, on the main screen will display the pending records of that task.

 

The task types that will be searched for are displayed in the Search Panel, on the left side of the main screen, separated by types: Execution and Tracking.
