This task is generated as soon as the FMEA revision is finished.

Purpose:

Confirmation from stakeholders that a new FMEA revision was released.

How to execute this task:
1.

Select the desired FMEA from the list of pending records.
|
2.
|
After that, click on the  toolbar button.
|
3.
|
At this point, the record will exit the tasks screen.
