Configuring a detection criterion

To configure a detection criterion, on the toolbar of the main screen, click the arrow next to the right side of the button and select a type for the FMEA:

▪Design FMEA

▪Process FMEA

▪Asset FMEA

▪Project schedule FMEA

▪Object FMEA

Fill in the following fields on the data screen that opens:

Fields
Type	This field is automatically filled out according to the previously selected type.
Detection	Enter the name of the detection criterion.
Criterion	Use this field to describe the detection criteria.
Detection opportunity	Describe, in this field, the opportunity to detect the failure or cause of the failure.
Index	Enter the detection criterion rating on a scale from "1" to "10".

Save the record after filling in the fields above.
