Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a group of systemic activities with the aim of: ▪Recognizing and evaluating the failure of a design/process/asset/project schedule/object and it effects; ▪Identifying actions that can eliminate or reduce the chance that the failure mode will occur; ▪Documenting the analysis process.
