Configuring an occurrence criterion

To configure an occurrence criterion, on the toolbar of the main screen, click the arrow next to the right side of the button and select a type for the FMEA:

▪Design FMEA

▪Process FMEA

▪Asset FMEA

▪Project schedule FMEA

▪Object FMEA

Fill in the following fields on the data screen that opens:

Fields
Type	This field is automatically filled out according to the option (Process, Design, Asset, Project schedule or Object) selected on the main screen.
Occurrence	Enter the name of the occurrence criterion.
Criteria	Describe the occurrence criterion.
Frequency	Enter how often the failure occurs.
Index	Enter the occurrence criterion rating on a scale from "1" to "10".

Save the record after filling in the fields above.
