Location: Management Revision
Overview:
Through this menu the user can create the form reviews, aiming at designing, editing, or correcting a form designing. The user can start a revision when creating a form. Revisions may only be created by the users who have the revise form permission, which is configured in the type data of the form table they wish to revise.
▪It is important to point out that only the forms whose tables have the revision control duly configured may go through this step. ▪In SE Forms, apart from the revision standard flow (called ISO9000 standard), the user is allowed to use a SE Workflow process to start the revision flow. The configuration of the process that will be used in the form revision is performed on the table data screen. |
Specific buttons:

Creates a new revision. See further details about this operation in the Revising forms section.

Edits a revision. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. This button will only be enabled after selecting a form in revision.

Deletes a revision. This button will only be enabled after selecting a form in revision, as long as the form has a current revision.

Click on the arrow on the right side of the button to view the form data or the form revision data screen selected on the main screen.

|
Allows closing the revision selected on the screen, regardless of the step it is in.
