Overview:
Dynamic navigation is a way to retrieve data from the system based on classification or attribute hierarchies. Classification hierarchy is based on object properties. On the other hand, attribute navigation generates the view hierarchy according to the values defined to the attributes. Through this is menu it is possible to configure the dynamic navigators that may be used to group the process types when viewing incident records in the system.

Click on this button to add a new dynamic navigator. See further details on this operation in the Configuring a dynamic navigator section.

Click on this button to edit the dynamic navigator selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the dynamic navigator selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to configure and issue the possible options of available reports for the menu.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to translate the name of the dynamic navigators displayed in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Translating a dynamic navigator section.

Use the Search filters to easily retrieve records based on specific information (ID #, name, status and/or object).
