If a new access control is added, the Access Type field is enabled. In this case, select one of the following options to define the access type that will be included in the security list:
▪Team: It will be composed of the members of a team previously created in SE Process. ▪Organizational unit: It will be composed of users of a particular organizational unit or department of the organization. ▪Department/Position: It will be composed of users who have a specific position of a certain department in the company. ▪Position: It will be composed of users who hold specific position in the company. ▪User: It will be composed of a specific user. ▪Functional role: It will be composed of users who have a certain functional role in the organization. ▪All: It will be composed of all users who have access to SE Incident. ▪Process starter: It will be composed by the user who recorded the incident. ▪Process starter leader: It will be composed of the leading user of the incident starter.
If the access control is being edited, then the "Access Type" field is disabled, however, it will be filled with the access control type that is being changed.
