Creating a quality index

After checking the Qualification option on the quality index data screen and saving the quality index data, click on the button to associate the indexes that will be evaluated.

At this point, the index data screen will open. Fill in the following fields described below:

Name: Enter a name for the quality index.

% score: Enter the corresponding percentage of this index on the quality score.

Save the fields identified, until then, do not close the data screen:

On the Qualification tab, click on the button to enter the index options that will be available at the time of quality evaluation on the screen that will be displayed. Fill out the following fields described below:

Fields
Name	Enter a name for the quality index option.
Score	Enter the score that the index will obtain if it is classified with the option in question.
Description	Use this field to make general descriptions about the quality index option.

Save the record after filling in the fields above. Remember that the quality index evaluation is done through the Execution Qualification menu.
