Security

See in this section how to perform the security configuration, in case the Restricted option has been selected in the Security tab of the inspection form type:

 

1.After selecting the Restricted option, click on the option and define the users who will have access to the inspection form type. At this point, the following screen will be displayed:

 

 

2.In the Access type field, select how the group with access rights to the inspection type in question will be composed:

Team: The members of a determined team will have access.

Department: The users of a determined organization department will have access.

Department/Position: The users who perform a determined position in the organization department will have access.

Position: The users who perform a determined position will have access.

User: A specific user will have access.

All: All system users will have access.

 

3.Use the Controls field to select the controls that will be granted, or not, to the members of the access group. Do not forget to check, on the right of this field, if the access will be allowed or denied:

Add: Permission to add new inspection form types in the sub-levels of the type in question.

Edit: Permission to change the inspection form type in question.

Delete: Permission to delete the inspection form type in question.

Security data: Permission to edit the security data of the inspection form type. The users who do not have this permission, will be able to change the other inspection form type data, however, the Security tab will be blocked.

List: Permission to view the inspection form type in question of the system hierarchy. The users who do not have this permission, will not see the question types on the screens that have a hierarchy of the inspection form types.

4.In the Filters field fill in the fields, according to the access type selected previously, in order to make the search easier for the users who will have access to the inspection form type in question.

 

5.To perform the search for members, click on the button on the toolbar or press the ENTER key on the keyboard. The respective members will be displayed in the list of records on the selection screen. Select those that will be allowed to have access to the type in question and save the record.
