Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible types that will classify the items that will be created in the system. Remember that the association of items with the respective types is done through Management Item definition menu. For better organization, types will be displayed hierarchically.

Click on this button to add a new item type. See more details about this operation in the Configuring an item type section.

Click on this button to edit an item type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete an item type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report.
|
|
Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected in the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
