Overview:

This operation allows the user to track the customers of the items saved in the system.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the symbol by customer. On the new screen, the system will display the internal symbol and the customer symbol.

Click on the arrow next to this button to view the item data or the customer data screen.

When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained from the search to be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also enables configuring a new report or associating an existing report.

When clicked, it allows downloading the electronic file(s) of the selected item, if existent. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
