Location: View Supplier
Overview:
This operation allows the user to track the suppliers of the items saved in the system.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button to view the item data or the supplier data screen.

When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained from the search to be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also enables configuring a new report or associating an existing report.

When clicked, it allows downloading the electronic file(s) of the selected item, if existent. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Select the Only favorites field to display only records classified as favorite in the search result. For more information, refer to the "Search Filters View favorite records" section.

Use this filter to locate the suppliers through the item associated with them.
Item: Select the item associated with the supplier you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the item associated with the supplier you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the item associated with the supplier you wish to view.
Status: Select whether the item is active or inactive.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute, the operator, and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click on the Add attribute button again and repeat the procedure described above.

Supplier: Select the supplier of the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the supplier ID # of the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the supplier of the item you wish to view.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
