Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view the articles recorded in the system. By default, the main screen is displayed in two quadrants, but it is possible to switch it to three quadrants, which allows viewing information on revisions and attachments of the selected article, as well as previewing its content.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data screen of the article selected on the main screen.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters. They are also available in the article creation screen.

Use this filter to locate the desired articles through information related to it, such as ID #, name, and/or user responsible for the article.

Use this filter to locate the desired articles through information related to the knowledge base in which they have been created, such as ID #, name, and/or user responsible for the knowledge base.

Use this filter to locate the desired articles through information related to the category of the knowledge base in which they have been created, if any

Use this filter to locate the desired articles through their attributes, such as component, version, and keyword.

Use this filter to locate the desired articles through the attributes of the knowledge bases in which they were created, such as component, version, and keyword.

After filling out the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
