Variables

Asset: Select the asset whose variable reading you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset whose variable reading you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the record of the asset whose variable reading will be viewed.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset whose variable reading will be viewed.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset whose variable reading you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset whose variable reading you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Location: Use the fields in this section to locate assets that belong to a certain location associated with verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a determined location or that are with a certain user.

Variable: Select the variable whose reading will be searched.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the variable whose reading will be searched.

Name: Enter the name of the variable whose reading will be searched.

Variable type: Enter whether the variable type whose reading will be searched is objective or subjective.

Date: Select the period that covers the date on which the reading of the variable that will be searched occurred.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset whose variable reading you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.
