Creating a maintenance route activity

See, in this section, how to program the activities of a maintenance route plan:

1.In the list of records on the second quadrant, locate and select the desired maintenance route plan.

2.Click on the button, located in the third quadrant, to program the maintenance routes. At this point, the system will display a screen with all the activities of the maintenance route that will be programmed. Click on the button to edit maintenance route activity data:

3.At this point, the system will display the data of the activity selected in the maintenance route:

4.The General data General data section will be filled with data from the standard activity selected in the maintenance route plan, but some information may be edited:

ID #: Enter an ID # for the maintenance. Remember that, if the standard activity was configured to use a mask, when generating the automatic identifier, the respective mask will be displayed. This field may be disabled if the respective configuration is also set in the standard activity selected for the maintenance route.

Planning: Use this field to edit the maintenance route activity planning data:

▪Start: Enter the planned start date and time to start the maintenance activity.

▪End: Enter the planned end date and time to end the maintenance activity. The Duration field will be calculated automatically by the system.

Execution: The fields in this section may only be filled when the activity is in the "Execution" step. Only the field of the Responsible team for the execution will be enabled for editing. This field is filled in with the team entered in the standard activity, but, in the planning step, if needed, another team may be set as the responsible for the maintenance execution.

5.Once all required fields are completed, the maintenance route activity data can be saved for the first time. To do that, click on the Save button to save the data.
